Standard Payment Terms

Source Modern supplies custom fabricated perforated metal and wire mesh panel systems for commercial and industrial applications.

Because products are fabricated to project-specific requirements, standard payment terms are as follows:

• 50% production deposit required to release fabrication
• Remaining balance due prior to shipment

Production timelines begin once deposit is received and specifications are approved.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

• ACH transfer
• Wire transfer
• Major credit cards

Credit card payments may be subject to processing fees where applicable.

Credit Terms

For new accounts, production release terms apply as outlined above.

Established commercial accounts may request credit terms after successful project history and credit review. Approval of credit terms is at the sole discretion of Source Modern.

Approved credit terms, if granted, will be stated in writing.

Late Payments

Orders will not be released for shipment until required payments are received and cleared.

For approved credit accounts, late balances may be subject to service charges as permitted by applicable law.

Pricing Validity

Project quotes are valid for the period stated on the proposal. Pricing may be subject to adjustment due to material cost fluctuations or changes in project specifications.

Freight & Shipping

Freight terms will be specified on the project quote.

All shipments must be inspected at time of delivery. Any freight damage must be documented on the Bill of Lading and reported within 48 hours.
